The new and improved COGMED is available remotely. It is compatible with all devices. Training is adaptive - the better you do the more challenging the exercises.
How much time does it take?
You choose approximately how long each training block lasts (25, 35, or 50 minutes) and how often you can train (3 - 5 days / week).
How difficult is the COGMED training?
It is 100% individualized which means that the program adjusts It is personalized based on your performance. You are consistently presented with exercises that challenge your WM. You are always working in your “optimal training zone”.
How long does the COGMED training take?
The program consists of 40 Blocks and you can customize the length of sessions and the number of sessions you can do in a week.
